No. Amer centres only exist in Dubai because they work for GDRFA Dubai. In Abu Dhabi, residence visas and Emirates ID are handled by ICP, through its website and app, its customer happiness centres and typing centres that submit ICP applications.
Where do I apply for a work permit in Abu Dhabi?
