Documents
- Online: a copy of the unified tenancy contract. Landlord and tenant must be individuals and the landlord’s details must be up to date.
- At a trustee centre: the original tenancy contract and Emirates ID, plus an official power of attorney if someone applies on your behalf.
Can a typing centre register Ejari?
Ejari is registered through DLD channels: the Dubai REST app, the DLD website, Dubai Now and the Real Estate Services Trustee Centres. A typing centre that is not a trustee centre can only help you with the online application; the official fee is the same.
This is an independent guide, not a government website. Fees are copied from the official service pages; the final amount is the one shown when you pay on the Dubai Land Department.
